Terms of Use

Effective date: August 9, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CashBucks website, apps, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by CashBucks Solutions Private Limited (“CashBucks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service — including applying as an influencer or brand, creating an account, or participating in cashback campaigns — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pre-launch notice: the Service is currently in a pre-launch period. Some features described here (including payout processing) become available at public launch. Applying now secures your place; it does not guarantee approval.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

Influencers may apply only if they meet CashBucks' published eligibility criteria (including a minimum follower count on supported platforms) and agree to account verification through third-party providers such as Phyllo.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service description

CashBucks connects approved creators and partner brands in two ways: (a) cashback purchases — an approved creator obtains a personal activation code for a partner brand, makes a qualifying purchase using that code, posts content about it on their connected social account, and becomes eligible for cashback based on verified engagement and content quality; and (b) campaigns — brands may post specific campaigns that creators apply to join, with rewards set by the brand.

Cashback eligibility and amounts are determined by CashBucks' published methodology, which considers factors including follower tier, engagement relative to expectations, a content-quality assessment made by CashBucks at its reasonable discretion, and follower authenticity, subject to per-purchase and revenue-linked maximums. A minimum follower count and minimum score apply. Engagement is measured over a period of at least 7 days after a post is verified. CashBucks' good-faith determination of scores and amounts is final.

3. Influencer responsibilities

Influencers must provide accurate account, follower, and payment information. Creators must clearly disclose their material connection to partner brands in each post made through the Service (for example, “#ad” or an equivalent clear disclosure), as required by the Competition Act and Ad Standards Canada guidance. CashBucks may reject content lacking proper disclosure.

Influencers agree not to use fake followers, bots, or fraudulent techniques to inflate followers, engagement, or purchases; CashBucks may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to engage in fraud or artificial activity.

Creators must submit truthful purchase information. Uploading altered, reused, or fabricated receipts, using a code for a purchase that was refunded or not genuinely made, or otherwise manipulating purchase verification is a material breach and may result in forfeiture of pending amounts and account termination.

Influencers are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or regulatory obligations arising from cashback and rewards they receive through the Service.

4. Brand responsibilities

Brands must provide accurate business information, comply with advertising and consumer protection laws, and honor agreed-upon campaign terms, including any applicable commission or fees.

Brands remain solely responsible for their products, services, pricing, and customer support. CashBucks does not warrant or guarantee any brand's products or shipping, and disputes between brands and customers must be resolved by the brand.

5. Payments, fees, and refunds

Fees and cashback rates applicable to each campaign will be displayed in your dashboard or offer details, and may change from time to time.

Cashback amounts you earn are credited to your CashBucks earnings balance. Payout functionality is launching alongside our public launch; until payouts are live, balances accrue and are payable once payout processing begins, subject to identity verification, minimum payout thresholds, and these Terms. CashBucks will announce when payouts are operational.

Except where required by law, fees and rewarded cashback are generally non-refundable once they have been correctly processed according to the applicable campaign terms.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities;
  • Interfere with or damage the Service, its security, or its infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access;
  • Upload malicious code, or attempt to bypass tracking, measurement, or verification tools.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, trademarks, and software used in the Service are owned by CashBucks or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service solely as permitted by these Terms and may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

CashBucks does not guarantee specific results, income levels, audience growth, or campaign performance for influencers or brands.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashBucks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will be limited to the amounts you have paid to CashBucks (for brands) or the amounts we have paid to you (for influencers) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashBucks and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technical, or legal environment.

If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by updating the effective date at the top of this page or by sending an email or in-dashboard notice), and your continued use of the Service after the effective date will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Contact information

If you have questions about these Terms, you can contact us through our Contact page or at info@cash-bucks.com.
